All course content, materials, and studio resources are for personal use and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission. We reserve the right to modify programs, schedules, instructors, pricing, or policies when necessary. Studio Folklore is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged
on the premises.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and collect only essential information such as name, contact details, and enrollment data to provide our services effectively. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except where required for payment processing or legal compliance. All data is stored securely and used solely for communication, course management, and studio operations.
Shipping Policy
Studio Folklore currently ships physical items (if applicable) within India only. Orders are processed within 4–5 business days and delivery timelines depend on the courier service and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Course enrollments and studio bookings may be canceled up to 5 days before the start date for a partial refund, after deducting administrative charges. No refunds are issued for cancellations made after the course or booking has begun. In the rare case of cancellation from our side, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
